An intimate minimony at The Manor 1858 was the perfect setting for the sweet promises Carolina and Blake made to each other.

Weddings are beautiful. They’re also wild — messy, unpredictable, even downright chaotic. As photographers and cofounders of So Tender is Humanity, a wedding photography studio, Alex and Anastasiia have witnessed it all: rain falling on outdoor vows, family tensions bubbling over, vendors who never arrive. Yet through every hiccup, they return to one simple truth — couples aren’t chasing perfection. They just want to feel joy.

College assignments usually don’t come with a cathedral veil and a barn full of florals. Michael Al Bahou’s senior internship did — and A Tale of Destiny at Sweeney Barn in Manassas, Virginia, was born.

This romantic celestial themed wedding shoot began with us dreaming of moon and stars, inspiring a color palette of lush romantic lavender, moody slate blue,and ethereal golds.

At The Manor 1858, Loudoun County’s newest stone-and-glass venue, planner Chandon Jones and photographer Anna Wright created something timeless with a twist: Classic Americana, but softened with romance. Picture Ralph Lauren’s heritage style kissed with warmth and whimsy.
