What started as a simple, no-pressure date with a swipe on Tinder quickly blossomed into something extraordinary for Alex and Houston.

A casual meeting turned into day trips, weekend sleepovers and eventually a big move to the Nation’s Capital. Along the way, they discovered that what they had wasn’t just chemistry — it was forever.

Now, as they take the next step in their journey, their love stands as a beautiful reminder that true connection knows no boundaries, and love, in all its forms, is for everyone.

As we were setting up a pose for one of our photos, an older gay couple caught our attention — one gently pushing the other in a wheelchair. They began to clap, and when we looked over, we saw them share a tender kiss. In that moment, we were reminded that love exists in so many forms. We also reflected on how much the queer community has endured over the years, making it possible for us to live and love freely today. A moment we will never forget.
